Ultimate Payments don´t make ads on top

Hi together. I use ultimate payments with theme Eva. When a user move on top a existing premium, this don´t work. If he make a standard to premium, this works, it´s then at the first place at the prmiums. Where is the problem? Somebody know this problem?

There's no problem. In the description of the plugin it is written:

Move to Top​

User can pay Move to Top. This function move listing once to Top of the category and the main page too. These listing rise above free listings, but below the Premium (if there are some) and will be decreased by newly listed ads by other users.

Thank you for your answer. So i understand correct? A user can move on top a standard listing on top of the standards, but not a existing premium on top of the premiums?
